We take your security and privacy very serously. For that reason, We offer 2 ways to sponsor Soup Sisters / Broth Brothers: Via Paypal or cheque.

 

 

Once you have completed your sponsoring items selection and clicked to pay via paypal, you will be taken to a SECURE paypal login in page. 

 

If you do not have a paypal account when you go to checkout, Click the link indicated  on the left side (see screenshot - click for larger image), and you will be directed to fill in your information and complete the  process.

Soup Sisters & Broth Brothers - Soup Support

Direct support  is accepted 2 main ways. 

1). Through sponsoring items via the "sponsor Items" button above which links directly to PayPal. This allows you to support us instantly with your credit card.

2). You can download our Mail in form for donations, fill it in and mail it to us with a cheque.

Operational Facts

 

Soup Sisters and Broth Brothers events are charged at $50 per person and cover the following costs:

• all soup ingredients
• professional kitchen facilities
• chef facilitator
• a light meal of soup, salad and bread
• a keepsake tote bag

The $50 fee does not cover any of the start up costs to launch a new Soup Sisters operation.

 

Where will your donations go?

Our glass bowls are microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe. These bowls are recycled but a starter stock is needed in every city that launches Soup Sisters and Broth Brothers. Our volunteer soup makers produce between 75 and 125 bowls of soup at each event.
The cost per bowl is $6.00.

 

 

 

 

Plastic Containers - Soup to go

A percentage of plastic containers are provided at our soup making sessions for women in transition who are leaving the shelter. Outreach counselors also take our ‘to go’ soups with them to provide their clients with nourishment. Our containers are microwave safe, freezer safe and do not contain BPA. (Bisphenol A)

Plastic containers are $50 for 125

 

 

 

 

 

Each of the 75 to 125 bowls of soup produced at each event will be labeled to show the ingredients of each soup. Listing the ingredients is important to those with allergies, food intolerances and any kind of dietary restriction.
The cost per roll of 1000 labels is $150.00. One roll will last close to a year!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Most shelters require a designated soup freezer for storing and accessing our soups.
A freezer is $600.00.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can even sponsor a Soup Sister or Broth Brother.

Make your donation in honor of someone or thank a special person in your life. Tribute gifts are also a great way to celebrate important milestones, including birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries or bar/bat mitzvahs. At your request we will send a personalized card to the person or group that you are honoring to let them know that a thoughtful donation has been made in their name
