Bookings Procedure and Cancellation Policy
Soup Sisters/Broth Brothers collects a non - refundable booking fee of $50 at time of booking payable by cheque made out to Soup Sisters. This fee will secure the requested date and act as payment for the organizer. Invoices can be issued to corporate bookings for pre payment.
An approximate group size should be indicated at time of booking. We will ask you to provide us with firm numbers one week in advance of the booking. The culinary partner will then invoice Soup Sisters directly for this number. For this reason, the group will be expected to pay for these firm numbers even if individuals are unable to attend
We are unable to offer refunds, however individuals unable to attend at the last minute are welcome to transfer their booking to another person.
We kindly ask that the group organizer pre-collect the $50 participant fee on behalf of Soup Sisters from their friends/colleagues well in advance of the event so that we are able able to cover the cost of the confirmed group size given to the culinary partner.
This pre payment is necessary to secure individual spots for your party.
Cancellation of an entire group within one week of an event will be subject to a penalty fee determined by the culinary partner in your city. We request 6-8 weeks’ notice of a group cancellation so that we can try and re-book the date.
Individuals are welcome. Please contact us in your city and we will be happy to place you into a group on a date that works for you.

Calgary Soup Sisters and Broth Brothers Sundays for 2012 and 2013
All Calgary Soup Sister events will be held on Sunday evenings from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the The Cookbook Co. Cooks, 722 11th Avenue S.W.
To ensure that a Soup Sisters event is a success, we need a minimum of 12 people and a maximum of 30-35 people. If you join as an individual or with a group of any size, the Soup Sisters team will match you up with a group to coordinate numbers and your preferred meeting night.Groups may be combined to reach the maximum of 30-35.
The after hours entrance to the Cookbook Company is between 6th and 7th Street off of 10 Ave. where you will find ample parking.

Calgary Soup Sisters and Broth Brothers Satellite for 2012 and 2013
All soup making events at Sunterra Market, Keynote will be held monthly on Sundays 5:30 – 8:30 PM.
We encourage group bookings of all kinds from corporate groups to couples nights, family events, private parties, etc. The possibilities are endless!
One extra booking per month is available upon request with a minimum of 30 days advance booking notice.
To ensure that a Soup Sisters event is a success, we need a minimum of 12 people and a maximum of 20 people. If you join as an individual or with a group of any size, the Soup Sisters team will match you up with a group to coordinate numbers and your preferred meeting night.Groups may be combined to reach the maximum of 20. A thirty day advanced booking is required for guaranteed space.

Groups may be combined to reach the maximum of 25.

Sunterra Market, Commerce Place is on the second floor, 201 – 10150 Jasper Avenue near the walkway to Manulife Place. Street parking is free after 6 PM and there are a number of underground pay parkades in the area.

Groups may be combined to reach the maximum of 20. There is ample parking on the property

Parking is available at the Canada Post Distribution Centre, across from the fire-station.

401 Bay Street Simpson Tower, 8th Floor. Parking is available in the Bay Adelaide Parking Garage. Parking is also available at City Hall.
To ensure that a Soup Sisters/Broth Brothers event is a success, we need a minimum of 12 people and a maximum of 35 people. If you join as an individual or with a group of any size, our team will match you up with a group to coordinate numbers and your preferred meeting night. Bookings under 15 people may be combined with other groups.
One extra booking per month is available upon request with a minimum of 30 days advance booking notice and pending availablity at Great Cooks.There will be a maximum of 2 soup- making events each month.

The studio is located at 740 Belmont Avenue West (former Vincenzo’s building)where you will find ample parking

Aprons
Order Soup Sister and/or Broth Brother aprons for your group as a great keepsake for your soup-making event. Aprons are $15 and should be ordered a minimum of two weeks before your group function.
