Broth Brothers Toronto™
Monday, October 4, 2010 marked the official launch of Broth Brothers in Toronto. Over three hundred servings of six varieties of soup were made under the expert guidance and tutelage of renowned Chef Michael Stadtlander. All of the soups including Stadtlanders' recipe for home-made beet soup were delivered fresh off the stove to 114 youth at Eva's Initiatives.

Eva's provides safe shelter, training, counselling and a wide range of innovative programs and services to help homeless and at-risk youth reach their potential to lead productive, self-sufficient and healthy lives. Locally Eva's operates three unique shelters which house and feed 114 youth aged 16-24 each night.
It is our hope that the availability of a nurturing, fulfilling bowl of soup made by people from their community will assist the young people at Eva's on the path toward believing in themselves and imagining new possibilities for their future. Broth Brothers believe in the potential of all young people.
Broth Brothers Events
All Toronto Broth Brothers events will take place at Great Cooks on Eight, one of Toronto's leading Culinary Centers and one of the largest in Canada. They will provide a professional Chef to facilitate all Broth Brothers soup making events that will produce approximately 200-350 servings of soup that will be delivered fresh to Eva's.
Broth Brothers encourages group bookings of all kinds from corporate groups to couples nights, family events, private parties, etc. The possibilities are endless and require only a commitment by the group to make the very best soups they can for the young people at Eva's.
